I really enjoy painting with beeswax (encaustic art) and most of my work uses this medium. It enables loose flowing images in vibrant colours using a variety of heated surfaces and tools. I enjoy experimenting with different approaches, mixed media and stitch.
I have been using encaustic art for over 20 years and exhibit independently in the Silverdale and Arnside Art and Craft Trail.
I also like to share my love of the wax and teach encaustic art classes and give talks & workshops for groups.
